Vast experience

DDCA has developed over the last 15 years from being a venture capital company specialized in development of SME’s to the current mix of SME development combined with pure consulting. DDCA covers a broad specter of expertise, including simple outsourcing projects in Eastern Europe, company-wide change management processes in enterprises of all sizes - typically over a period of 12 to 18 months - and venture capital development projects over several year periods.

The common denominator is that we always provide hands on involvement and we share in the risks & rewards of the projects we participate in. In addition to our main activity areas of Scandinavia and the UK, we have a wide network and project experience from the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe), China and other Asian countries, as well as United States. Our DDCA associates and consultants around the world have not only project experience; but have in many cases been responsible for starting ventures, managing businesses or IT Projects in these countries.
